Athens Exchange welcomes ADMIE Holding S.A.

The Athens Exchange welcomed ADMIE Holding S.A. to celebrate the trading debut for the company’s listing of its shares for trading on Monday 19 June 2017.

Giorgos Stathakis, Minister of Environment and Energy, and Iason Roussopoulos, Chairman and CEO for ADMIE Holding S.A., together rang the closing bell during the event held at the Athens Exchange.

Mr. Iason Roussopoulos, Chairman & CEO for ADMIE Holding S.A., stated:
“The listing of ADMIE Holding shares in the Athens Exchange is part of the plan for keeping ADMIE under the control of the Greek State; its stakeholding, according to legislation, cannot drop below 51%. It further reflects the full ownership unbundling for ADMIE S.A., putting  focus on its independence and the company’s prospects for new investments. ADMIE Holding is aligned with ADMIE’s mission, which is to secure the country’s supply with energy in a safe, efficient and reliable manner“.
