Mr. Papagiannakopoulos joined ADMIE Holding as Investor Relations Officer in June 2017. He is an investment professional with over 15 years of working experience across equity research, investment management and investor relations.

Before joining, he worked on private transactions and M&A advisory in leisure, industrials, technology and real estate on growth capital/ restructuring/co-investment opportunities. Until 2015 he worked for alternative investment manager Dromeus Capital Management (Suisse). He joined as Greek generalist analyst on equity and credit for financials and non-financials and later performed fundamental research in DM/EM equities across sectors, also as member of the Investment Committee. Until 2009, he worked for leading Investor Relations team at Hellenic Telecommunications Organization (OTE), where he was the Head of Research, as well as BoD member of OTE REIC.

Earlier roles were with leading Greek investment banks and Excel-rated teams at Eurobank Equities and NBG Securities, where he was the prime equity analyst for Greek Telecommunications and Infrastructure, Renewables, Industrials.

He holds an MBA from the ALBA Graduate School of Business and a B.Sc. in Business Administration with concentration in Accounting & Finance from the American College of Greece (Deree).

Mr. Roussopoulos is an economist, graduate of the Department of Financial and Banking Administration of the University of Piraeus. He also holds a postgraduate degree in Finance and Development, School of Oriental and African Studies from the University of London.

He was the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer at ADMIE Holding since February 2017.

Since 2015 he supervised the full ownership unbundling process of IPTO from PPC, with the capacity of adviser to the Minister of Environment & Energy. He was also an executive member in the Board of Directors of DES ADMIE S.A. He is currently a member of the Evaluation Committee for the assessment of applications at the International Auction for the granting of exploration rights to exploit hydrocarbon deposits in twenty marine areas in Greece and has worked in the areas of development and consulting.

At research level, Iason has co-authored and published a scientific paper titled “THE CHANGING GEOGRAPHY OF DEBT AND IMF’S INVOLVEMENT: From Global to European South” in the World Review of Political Economy.

He is a Greek native, fluent in English and has good working knowledge in Chinese and Spanish.

MEMBERS OF THE BoD

Konstantinos Karakatsanis is an economist, graduate of the Department of Financial and Banking Administration of the University of Piraeus. Since November 2011 he has been working as an accountant – tax consultant. He has wide experience across a range of accounting requirements and obligations for corporates.

He has worked for 5 years in an accounting company, predominantly maintaining accounts, dealing with tax administration affairs, social security organizations and other public services, as well as the supervision of payroll and in general the application of labor legislation, preparation of financial statements and tax filings. Since December 2016 he is Chief Accountant for Mondial Protectas S.A.

Konstantinos is a Greek native, while fluent in English and with a decent command in German language. He has full knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards. He is a member of the Economic Chamber of Greece.

Mr. Margaris is the Executive Vice-Chairman in the Board of Directors and Chief Technology, Market & Strategy Officer with the Independent Power Transmission Operator (IPTO). Between 2015 and 2017 he served as Executive Vice-Chairman in the Board of Directors of Hellenic Electricty Distribution Network Operator (HEDNO) with main focus on Business Operations, Planning of Strategic Projects and Investments in Distribution Networks. He was responsible for strengthening the domestic and international cooperation of HEDNO with Network Administrators and Telecommunications companies in the field of smart networks.

He worked for the Public Power Corporation (PPC) in the Islands Netowrk Operation Directorate on issues related to the dynamic security of electrical systems and data management for Smart Networks and Micro-Network applications in the Greek island system.

An Electrical and Computer Engineer from NTUA (2006), he completed his Ph.D. thesis at the Laboratory of Electrical Systems of the School of Electrical & Computer Engineering (NTUA) in 2011. He is specialised in the design and operation of Electricity Networks and Systems with increased penetration of Renewable Energy Sources.

He completed his post-doc in the Danish TU Wind Energy Department (2012), where he worked as Researcher (equivalent to Assistant Professor) and Research & Development

Coordinator in North Europe, lecturing in postgraduate of the DTU. He has participated in the Danish-China know-how exchange program, especially in the field of Electricity Transmission Systems and Wind Energy.

He was earlier a member in the Board of Directors of OTE and also consultant in research and technology projects in Europe, Lat. America, Africa and China.

Mr. Darousos graduated from the Department of Maritime Studies of the University of Piraeus. Since 2011 he has mainly worked in the finance, accounting & auditing services sector, as well as in the shipping industry. Today he is partner of a consulting firm, where he works as an economist and investment consultant.

He holds a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Maritime Operations and Management from City University, London with a specialization in the role of financial derivatives in risk management. As a PhD candidate of the World Maritime University under the auspices of the International Maritime Organization (UN), he focuses on the links between Economics, Corporate Governance, Business Performance, and Sustainable Development.

Evangelos is a native Greek speaker and is fluent in English, French and Spanish. He is a registered member of the Economic Chamber of Greece.
