Announcement pursuant to Law 3556/2007

“ADMIE (IPTO) HOLDING S.A.” (or “Company”) hereby announces pursuant to Law 3556/2007 and article 19 of Regulation 596/2014/EU, that Mr. Iason Rousopoulos, Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer, purchased on 28th September 2017, 3,400 common shares for a total value of 6,402 euros.
